They will also learn about and see many different instruments (saxophone, guitar, violin, clarinet, ukulele, marimba, flute, etc.)  This is an excellent starting point for a child who shows an interest in music/piano! Gentle yoga incorporates the life enhancing elements found in most yoga classes such as breathing exercises, meditation, stretching and lengthening, and building strength and balance in the physical body, resulting in overall well-being. The difference is that gentle yoga classes are somewhat easier, less intense and taught at a slower pace. It is appropriate for beginners, seniors, people with stiffness, chronic conditions, illness, those recovering from injuries or to relieve stress. Participants will benefit from assistance in poses, guidance in usage of props and connection with the yoga community. This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high speed Internet connection. Allow approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. Acrylic paint pouring is a form of abstract painting using fluid acrylic paints. You don’t apply the paint with a brush but use gravity to move the paint by pouring, puddling and dripping onto your canvas. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to spark your creative energy!  You will create 4 paintings using various pouring techniques. All materials and supplies are included.Dress for a MESS! Gentle yoga incorporates the life enhancing elements found in most yoga classes such as breathing exercises, meditation, stretching and lengthening, and building strength and balance in the physical body, resulting in overall well-being. The difference is that gentle yoga classes are somewhat easier, less intense and taught at a slower pace. It is appropriate for beginners, seniors, people with stiffness, chronic conditions, illness, those recovering from injuries or to relieve stress. Participants will benefit from assistance in poses, guidance in usage of props and connection with the yoga community. Acrylic paint pouring is a form of abstract painting using fluid acrylic paints. You don’t apply the paint with a brush but use gravity to move the paint by pouring, puddling and dripping onto your canvas. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to spark your creative energy!  You will create 4 paintings using various pouring techniques. All materials and supplies are included.Dress for a MESS! Gentle yoga incorporates the life enhancing elements found in most yoga classes such as breathing exercises, meditation, stretching and lengthening, and building strength and balance in the physical body, resulting in overall well-being. The difference is that gentle yoga classes are somewhat easier, less intense and taught at a slower pace. It is appropriate for beginners, seniors, people with stiffness, chronic conditions, illness, those recovering from injuries or to relieve stress. Participants will benefit from assistance in poses, guidance in usage of props and connection with the yoga community. Acrylic paint pouring is a form of abstract painting using fluid acrylic paints. You don’t apply the paint with a brush but use gravity to move the paint by pouring, puddling and dripping onto your canvas. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to spark your creative energy!  You will create 4 paintings using various pouring techniques. All materials and supplies are included.Dress for a MESS! Have a great time learning the sport of volleyball in the Rookie Sports Club Volleyball Program! Throughout the duration of the program, participants will learn a wide variety of skills including passing, setting, blocking, and serving. Older players will also work on spiking. Each week will include small sided, modified games that help players learn spacing on the volleyball court, communication with teammates, and moving to the ball. The positive atmosphere makes for a fun learning experience catered to all skill abilities!*Participants will receive a t-shirt the first night of class
