Get your flow on in this dynamic practice that links yoga poses, movement and breath together. You will explore linking basic yoga poses together in a dance-like flow with direction on alignment and modifications unique to your body. State of the Union with Social Security Solvency.   This class will cover the following topics: how is my benefit calculated and how can I make it grow, understanding all of the rules of the road (ages, COLAs, etc.), whether to delay social security or not, understanding the nuances of spousal benefits, divorce benefits, widow benefits, how to maximize the amount that social security will pay, and understanding the tax ramifications of social security.Instructor: Jeffrey Beyer

Gentle yoga incorporates the life enhancing elements found in most yoga classes such as breathing exercises, meditation, stretching and lengthening, and building strength and balance in the physical body, resulting in overall well-being. The difference is that gentle yoga classes are somewhat easier, less intense and taught at a slower pace. It is appropriate for beginners, seniors, people with stiffness, chronic conditions, illness, those recovering from injuries or to relieve stress. Participants will benefit from assistance in poses, guidance in usage of props and connection with the yoga community. Acrylic paint pouring is a form of abstract painting using fluid acrylic paints. You don’t apply the paint with a brush but use gravity to move the paint by pouring, puddling and dripping onto your canvas. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to spark your creative energy!  Dress for a MESS! Acrylic paint does stain, so please dress accordingly.  You will be bringing home a wet painting and will need to let it air dry for several days.* Ages 8 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

The participants create their own character, plot, props, costumes, title, and everything else that's needed to make the production complete. This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants and meets OSHA/workplace requirements. This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high speed Internet connection. Allow approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. This course is designed for the non-healthcare professional. *Registration will close one week prior to the start of the session. Kids love learning piano when it’s taught to them in a fun way! This unique weekly, small group program is a fun introduction to piano. In addition to being hands on at the keyboard, children will learn about and explore music with crafts games, prizes and other fun activities. Originating in China, Mah Jongg is a fun, exciting, and engaging game using tiles to form hands, much like rummy. Learn to play the American version using the National Mah Jongg League rules and card. An experienced educator will explain the basics in simple terms and guide you as you play, learn, and enjoy your new skill. *Enrollment is limited to ensure a successful learning experience. *An $11.00 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.Instructor: Neilia MakadokThe $11 Materials fee is for the 2018 National Mah Jongg League Card ($9). Gentle yoga incorporates the life enhancing elements found in most yoga classes such as breathing exercises, meditation, stretching and lengthening, and building strength and balance in the physical body, resulting in overall well-being. It is appropriate for beginners, seniors, people with stiffness, chronic conditions, illness, those recovering from injuries or to relieve stress. Acrylic paint pouring is a form of abstract painting using fluid acrylic paints. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to spark your creative energy!  Dress for a MESS! The highlight of the class is the make and bake activity where children get to create or decorate food items that tie in with the story.If You Give a Pig a Pancake! We will read, If You Give a Pig a Pancake and make delicious pancakes. Pancake games and crafts are also included in the class. If You Give a Mouse a Cookie We will read, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and make yummy cookies. Games and a craft are also included in the class. Breathing new life into resuscitation education, Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS) is designed to train professionals to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies for adult, child and infant victims. BLS is the foundational CPR/AED program typically required for healthcare providers and public safety professionals. This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high speed Internet connection.
