Join us for a Night at the Bistro, a demonstration style cooking class from Saucy’s Kitchen. Come learn how to recreate the feel of a little French bistro as we make a light tomato bisque, a tricolor salad with candied almonds and cranberries, an easy but impressive portabella mushroom sandwich and of course an apple rose tart for dessert to top off our night. All of these delicious recipes are dairy and meat free and would be enjoyed by vegans and non-vegans alike. Come hungry as you will not only observe the preparation of the recipes and take home details of how to recreate it at home but you will enjoy the meal at the end of class so you can ask questions of how to customize any changes to meet your specific preferences.
*Masks are required during the cooking demonstration and social distancing will be followed during the dining portion of the class.
*A $10 materials fee is due to the instructor.
