Get your flow on in this dynamic practice that links yoga poses, movement and breath together. You will explore linking basic yoga poses together in a dance-like flow with direction on alignment and modifications unique to your body. This beginners course is for those who are physically active, have been introduced to yoga through a gentle or basic hatha yoga class that wants to deepen their exploration of yoga or maybe you have practiced yoga sporadically over the years. Get active and reduce stress through mindfulness in movement! Please bring a mat and a limited number of props will be provided.
