Come take your little monsters and goblins, princesses and pirates around the Township complex for a Halloween Parade! We will visit the Police, Emergency Services, Public Works, Administration, Codes & Zoning, Parks and Recreation, and the Tax office. While on our parade we will be trick or treating so bring a bag for your goodies! The Halloween Parade is a FREE event sponsored by the Newtown Business Commons!

Location: Newtown Township Administration Building Parking Lot

*This event is free, but Pre-Registration is required!


Newtown Township Parks & Recreation will follow all CDC, PA State, & Bucks County Health Department guidelines at the time of this event. Due to COVID-19, the Halloween parade is subject to change.  

Safety Protocols and Procedures
  • Children and parents must wear a mask
  • The parade will be held all outdoors, there will be no access to the building
  • Maximum of 60 participants
  • Participants will be split into two groups (Group A & B), to allow for social distancing, with Group A starting at the Township Building and Group B at the Fire Station
  • One staff member from each department will be at each table outdoors wearing gloves and a face mask.
