Registration is open for Newtown Township Residents. Registration will open for Non-Residents March 1st.

Newtown Township Parks & Recreation Department and Newtown Fire Rescue are happy to announce our first annual Junior Fire Camp. The camp will be offered for children between the ages of 10 and 15 years old. In this one day camp, children will learn about fire safety, tour the fire apparatus, learn basic firefighting skills, compete in competitions, tour a medevac helicopter, and more! Included in registration is a t-shirt and award for participation.

Please pack water and a drink for lunch. Pizza will be provided. If your child does not prefer pizza please pack a lunch.

8AM-8:30AM: Check-in, shirt distribution
8:30-9AM: Introduction, meet the firefighters and staff
9-10 AM: Fire Truck Tour, Fire Safety Talk and Try on Turnout Gear
10-11AM: Fire Extinguisher Prop/Fire Prevention Trailer
11AM-12PM Lunch
12:30-1:30PM: Hoseline Obstacle Course Race
2-2:30PM Helicopter Landing
3PM Awards Ceremony and Closing
