Baby and Me Yoga and Art Class (ages 6 weeks to pre-crawling)

Baby and Me Yoga involves the caregiver in stories, songs, games, and poses. With calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and support baby’s development, caregivers get to move and stretch, as well as baby! A non-toxic and mess-free craft will be available for your baby to create each class. A $5 materials fee due to the instructor on the first class.
A yoga mat is provided!
