Chair yoga incorporates all the benefits of a yoga mat class while using the support of a chair. This class is designed to go over and teach you the following: yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation techniques with the aid of a chair. This is a gentle form of yoga; you will practice yoga while using the chair as a support. Chair yoga is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.

*participants should bring a yoga mat.
