A 3-hour experiential workshop to explore accessible ways for incorporating mindfulness in our daily lives. Participants will go home with immediately applicable skills and user-friendly instructions. Come and play with a variety of mindfulness practices for a balanced mind, body and relationships. Dress comfortably for free movement and bring a yoga mat. In addition, a yoga bolster (large pillow) and a heavy blanket are highly recommended.
