Learn how to make some of the tastiest and most tempting food truck inspired dishes that are perfect for a tailgate too!  Chef Joseph Garvey will also provide tips and techniques on running a food truck or catering business.  You will make BBQ Pork with crispy onions, Joey G Shrimp Cakes, Spring Rolls filled with Smoked Beef Brisket, gruyere & caramelized onions (Spring Rolls) and Real Board Walk Fries. Bring your game face for this fun and instructive class!!
