Indian Cuisine
Let’s have a well balanced Indian meal. Learn how to make daal (Indian lentils) and 2 vegetables; paneer subzi and mixed vegetables subzi. The meal will be accompanied with salad, papaddum and rice so come hungry! Please bring your favorite knife and chopping board. A $10 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of the class.
 
Indian Favorites
Learn how to make the versatile and famous Indian snack – samosas – with different types of stuffing in them.  You’ll also learn how to turn samosas into a meal by adding chhole (chick pea gravy) and some delicious fixings on top.  Please bring your favorite knife and chopping board. A $10 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of each class.

Flavors of India
Let’s have dinner with the delicious flavors of Indian food.  Bring your appetite and culinary interest and learn how to make Indian style homemade bread, aka Parathas, along with Indian style beans with gravy and two vegetable dishes (potato and peas subzi and cabbage, peas and capsicum subzi).  Rice, salad and papaddum will complete the meal. Please bring your favorite knife and chopping board. A $10 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of each class.
