The closer you live to your stress threshold, the easier it is for life’s ups and downs to push you over it.  Stress is a response.  In this class you will learn different practices and methods that will help you back away and stay away from your stress threshold. Imagine having more patience, sleeping better, and having a greater capacity to hold your center in aggravating situations…even with people who regularly push your buttons!  This is a relaxing and enjoyable class that will leave you prepared to handle stress in a much calmer way.
