From Grill to Table

Nothing is better than food cooked over an open fire.  And there is no better time than summer to discover the magic of grilling.  There is nothing that cannot be prepared outdoors on a hot grill.  Don’t heat up the house if you don’t have to; .we will marinate and smoke tasty fish and meats as well as flash grill quick and flavorful meals. *A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class. A Full meal is served with this class!
