Traveling the World Series: Cooking of Spain

In our travel series of classes we will be visiting the cuisine of many different cultures beginning with the rich Mediterranean foods from Spain. Some of the specialties we will be preparing are Sangria, Empanadas, the great classic Paella and Flan for dessert.  Join us on our first excursion dinner.

*A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
