The newest dessert rage: the cupcake! Learn to Bake, Fill and Frost Cupcakes for parties, the holidays, or just anytime you want to indulge.  Learn to bake the cakes: Red Velvet, Chocolate to die for, Pound Cake cupcakes top the list. Take home recipes for the tastiest cupcakes you can make at home.  Learn to make a variety of fillings and icings.  Enjoy tasting while you learn and take a dozen home with you!  *A $15 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
