One of America’s favorite foods. Expand you horizons with 6 new ways to cook and serve Chicken. Learn how to shop for chicken, safely store, clean, cut it into pieces,  and prepare it.  In this class we will focus on teaching techniques that can be translated into many many different recipes. Pan Seared:  Chicken Breast with fresh Tarragon and Butter Sauce, Pan Fried:  Lightly breaded Chicken, Roast:  Roasted Chicken with Lemon and Fresh Herbs, Grilled: Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Stir fried: Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Stewed: Chicken Cacciatora, Plus: the best and easiest Fried Chicken you’ve ever tasted  *A $15 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
