Small bites of flavorful foods that are a delight to all the senses.  Learn to make a wide variety of dishes that feature a tasteful main ingredient.  We will learn 10 different dishes designed to be served as everything from cocktail accompaniments to a full sit down meal. 

*A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class. A Full meal is served with this class!
