Switching to a "plant-based" vegan diet does not mean the end of taste and variety. Our instructor, Phil Wexler, who holds a certificate in whole foods plant based nutrition, will demonstrate that following a nutritionally sound vegan lifestyle can be tasty and healthy simultaneously. Phil will show you that you don't have to be a professionally trained chef to be able to prepare delicious vegan meals. During this demonstration you will be able to taste for yourself a couple of wonderful dishes prepared by a non-professionally trained chef.
