Prenatal Yoga allows women to safely enjoy yoga class during pregnancy. The class includes breathing and relaxation techniques, modified poses and sequences, and the class is tailored to the unique physical and emotional needs of pregnant women. Please make sure to bring a yoga mat, small blanket and pillow.
