Pilates based workout focusing on core strength, flexibility and total body conditioning fused with a perfect mix of cardio, interval training,Tabata workouts and body sculpting exercises designed to make you sweat and burn more calories!  Using tension bands, stability balls, weights, small Pilates balls and rings, you will sculpt, strengthen and tone the major muscle groups throughout your body.
